The 7-Day Classical Cleansing Timeline
Deepana & Pachana (Days 1 to 3)
Protocol: Sip warm CCF Tea (Cumin, Coriander, Fennel) throughout the day. Take 1 generous pinch of Trikatu with warm water 15 minutes before light lunch and dinner. Zero dairy, zero oils, zero cold drinks.
Abhyantara Snehana (Days 4 to 6)
Protocol: Take warm, melted A2 Cow Ghee early morning on empty stomach: 30ml on Day 4, 45ml on Day 5, 60ml on Day 6. Drink warm water only. Do not eat until true hunger appears (usually 4 to 6 hours later). Lunch must be plain light mung khichadi.
Swedana & Mobilization (Days 5 to 7)
Protocol: Warm sesame oil full body self-massage followed by 15 minutes of hot herbal steam bath or hot shower. Apply hot ginger-water compress to abdomen and lower back.
Mridu Virechana (Night of Day 7)
Protocol: At 9:30 PM, drink 20ml cold-pressed Castor Oil (Eranda Taila) mixed into 150ml warm milk or ginger tea. Expect 3 to 5 gentle bowel movements by morning. Sip warm water with rock salt.
Samsarjana Krama (Post-Cleanse Dietary Graduation)
Manda (मांड)
Clear liquid strained from boiling 1 part rice in 14 parts water. Zero solids. Easiest for newborn digestive fire to absorb.
Peya (पेया)
Thin rice gruel with soft grains (1 part rice : 8 parts water) seasoned with roasted cumin and rock salt.
Vilepi (विलेपी)
Thicker rice porridge (1 part rice : 4 parts water) with 1/2 tsp fresh cow ghee. Nourishing and grounding.
Yusha & Khichadi (यूँष व खिचड़ी)
Split yellow mung bean soup (Yusha) paired with light basmati khichadi. Gradual return to normal wholesome diet.
