Use Ayurveda education safely

Know exactly what Ayurveda education here can and cannot tell you.

An open reference card and leaf inside a calm boundary, representing evidence limits and safe educational use.
Kriyasya can

Support education and reflection

Explain traditional concepts, organize your own observations, help build low-risk routines, and show uncertainty in self-report results.

Kriyasya cannot

Diagnose or prescribe

It does not diagnose disease, determine the cause of symptoms, prescribe dosages, alter medicines, or recommend herbs from symptoms.

Uncertainty

Close or limited data stay close or limited

Prakriti-style and current-state reflections show confidence and mixed domains rather than converting raw scores into false precision.

Evidence

Tradition and modern evidence remain distinct

Classical Ayurveda context is not silently presented as modern clinical proof. Health-sensitive statements carry their source, so you can see where a claim comes from.

Higher-risk contexts

Medicines, pregnancy, children, older adults, surgery and significant health conditions need extra care

Kriyasya does not use an automated wellness journey as a substitute for individualized professional assessment in these contexts. Herb material stays at identity, traditional context and safety. It never becomes a self-treatment protocol, and it never maps a symptom to a herb.

When to step outside a wellness tool

Severe, persistent, unexplained or worsening symptoms—or anything that feels urgent—should be evaluated appropriately rather than normalized into a dosha, Agni, Ama or routine pattern.
