Shatkarma practices are powerful yogic cleansing methods. This tool is educational and guided, but it is not a replacement for direct supervision where a teacher is required. Do not attempt Dhauti, Basti, Sutra Neti, or advanced Nauli from text or video alone. Stop immediately if you feel pain, dizziness, breathlessness, bleeding, pressure in the head, chest discomfort, or anxiety.
Wellness Disclaimer / अस्वीकरण: The yogic practices, mudras, and breathing techniques presented here are rooted in classical tradition and intended solely for educational, wellness, and holistic lifestyle purposes. They do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified physician or healthcare specialist before starting any physical regimen, particularly if you have pre-existing medical conditions, chronic illnesses, or are pregnant. Practice mindfully within your body's comfortable limits.

How This Journey Works

1
Welcome & Intention
The user understands what Shatkarma is and why it is practiced before deeper yogic work.
2
Safety Check
The user answers health and readiness questions before any guided practice is unlocked.
3
Traditional Context
Sanskrit names, meaning, and classical reference are explained in simple language.
4
Watch Complete Master Video
A complete bilingual overview video explains all six practices, safety, and what not to do alone.
5
Practice-by-Practice Learning
Each practice has meaning, benefits, contraindications, preparation, common mistakes, and aftercare.
6
Guided Mode or Teacher-Locked Mode
Safe practices may open guided timers. Advanced practices remain theory-only with teacher-required notice.
