Step-by-Step Practice Method
  1. Lie down in Shavasana or sit comfortably with spine erect
  2. Stage 1: Inhale in 3 pauses — fill a little, pause 2 seconds, fill more, pause, fill completely
  3. Exhale smoothly and continuously without interruption
  4. Repeat Stage 1 for 5 rounds
  5. Stage 2: Inhale smoothly and continuously
  6. Exhale in 3 pauses — release a little, pause 2 seconds, release more, pause, empty completely
  7. Repeat Stage 2 for 5 rounds
