पूरकान्ते गाढतरं बद्ध्वा जालन्धरं शनैः । रेचयेन्मूर्च्छनाख्येयं मनो मूर्च्छा सुखप्रदा ॥
pūrakānte gāḍhataraṁ baddhvā jālandharaṁ śanaiḥ | recayen mūrcchanākhyeyaṁ mano mūrcchā sukha-pradā ||

Step-by-Step Practice Method
  1. Sit in Padmasana or Siddhasana with spine erect
  2. Perform Shambhavi mudra (gaze gently between eyebrows)
  3. Inhale slowly and deeply through both nostrils
  4. Retain the breath and tilt the head back slightly
  5. Focus on the space between the eyebrows
  6. Exhale very slowly, bring head to neutral — experience lightness
  7. Practice only 3-5 rounds under guidance
