In the profound predictive tradition of Jaimini Upadesha Sutras, human destiny is decoded through the movement of variable Chara Karakas, reflected Arudha Padas, and directional Rashi Drishtis. Understanding Ghatika Lagna (GL) & Power: Astrological Clock of Temporal Power, Public Office and Eminence unlocks classical wisdom that illuminates the soul’s karmic mission, worldly status, and spiritual evolution.
Foundational Principles of Jaimini Upadesha Sutras
Jaimini Astrology Core Insight: Maharishi Jaimini’s Upadesha Sutras decode the subtle journey of the soul through variable Chara Karakas and reflective Arudhas, offering unmatched predictive precision. In relation to Ghatika Lagna Power, classical treatises declare that observing its placement, associated sign aspects, and planetary rulers provides definitive answers regarding worldly honors, personal relationships, and spiritual realization.
Unlike fixed Parashari planetary significators, Maharishi Jaimini’s system identifies planetary status based on exact longitudinal degrees within each sign. The highest-degree planet becomes the Atmakaraka (ruler of the soul), while subsequent planets govern career, mentors, domestic assets, children, obstacles, and marital companionship.
