Membership, Credits & Passes
Kriyasya credits and memberships provide flexible digital access across the Kriyasya ecosystem. All-Access Unlimited* Members enjoy unlimited access to Included Tools & Reports under our Fair Usage Policy (FUP Usage of 50 reports/world/day in IST), plus bonus credits for Premium AI Vision Tools. Registered users can also buy credits independently to power Premium AI Vision Tools, Credit Powered Reports, and 30-day World Passes without requiring recurring membership. All credits are non-transferable, cannot be redeemed for cash, and purchased top-up credits do not expire.
1. MEMBERSHIP PLANS AND DISCLOSURES
Free Account: Complimentary access to clearly designated entry-level tools across the platform. Free account registration requires only basic sign-in without recurring subscription fees.
3-Day Starter Access: ₹99 one-time payment for 3 consecutive calendar days of All-Access Unlimited* usage under FUP, accompanied by 150 membership bonus credits, selected introductory learning courses, and digital materials as specified at checkout. This plan does not automatically renew.
Monthly All Access: ₹999 per monthly billing cycle, providing recurring All-Access Unlimited* usage under FUP, alongside 1,500 bonus credits per billing cycle and included digital educational materials as specified at checkout. Renews monthly until cancelled by the user.
Yearly All Access: ₹2,999 per annual billing period (365 days), providing continuous All-Access Unlimited* usage under FUP, alongside 5,500 bonus credits and comprehensive platform inclusions as specified at checkout. Does not automatically renew without affirmative customer enrollment.
Promotional & Free Trial Access: Where a promotional 1-day trial access pass is made available, eligibility is restricted to one pass per verified individual user. Promotional trials do not require mandatory payment card registration upfront and do not automatically convert into paid subscriptions without explicit affirmative consent. Free tier tools remain accessible to registered users without recurring obligations.
2. TYPES OF CREDITS
Bonus Credits: Promotional credit units provided alongside an active All-Access Unlimited* membership tier. Bonus credits are earmarked for use on Premium AI Vision Tools during the active membership validity period. Upon natural membership expiration, bonus credit spending is paused; timely renewal reinstates access to remaining bonus allocations in accordance with current plan specifications.
Purchased / Top-Up Credits: Available for direct purchase in fixed packs (2,000 credits for ₹599; 4,000 credits for ₹999; 7,000 credits for ₹1,499). Separately purchased top-up credits NEVER expire and can be spent on Premium AI Vision Tools, Credit Powered Reports, or 30-day World Passes with or without an active membership subscription. All credit pack purchases represent non-refundable digital prepaid service advances (PPI) processed securely through authorized payment gateways (PayU).
Promotional & Compensation Credits: Discretionary credits issued by customer support or promotional campaigns. These units carry the specific terms, source attribution, and validity period communicated at the time of issuance.
3. NATURE OF CREDITS: NON-CASH, NON-TRANSFERABLE
Kriyasya credits are proprietary, non-transferable service-access tokens purchased or granted solely for redemption against digital reports and tools operating on the Kriyasya platform. Credits do not constitute bank deposits, legal tender, cash equivalents, or stored-value fiat currency. Credits cannot be redeemed for fiat currency, transferred between user accounts, resold on secondary markets, or utilized for external merchant settlements. Third-party expert payouts or peer-to-peer transfers are strictly prohibited.
4. WHAT CREDITS UNLOCK & FAIR USAGE POLICY
Kriyasya tools are accessible via two distinct pathways: (A) Credit-based unlocks for individual tools, 30-day World Passes, Credit Powered Reports, and Premium AI Vision Tools, or (B) All-Access Unlimited* Membership with FUP Usage.
Fair Usage Policy (FUP Usage) for All-Access Unlimited* Members: Active members receive unlimited generations on all Included Tools & Reports across all worlds, subject to a daily ceiling of 50 reports per world per day (FUP Usage). The quota resets every midnight at 00:00:00 Indian Standard Time (IST / Asia/Kolkata). Usage is restricted to bona fide personal, non-commercial use; automated robotic queries, batch scraping, and multi-tenant account pooling are strictly prohibited. Members reaching the daily FUP limit can wait for the midnight IST reset or generate additional Credit Powered Reports immediately using available credits.
Premium AI Vision Tools: Specialized multimodal AI vision tools (including Graphology handwriting, Vastu floor plans, Palmistry, Face Reading, Signature Analysis, Wrist Watch Analysis, and Logo Analysis) require compute-intensive GPU processing and are powered strictly by per-run credits. Tool costs are conspicuously displayed on the tool interface prior to execution. Members may use included bonus credits, and non-members may purchase credit packs directly without taking a recurring membership.
30-Day World Passes: A World Pass may be unlocked using credits, providing 30 consecutive calendar days of access to all Included Tools & Reports in a single world under the daily 50-report FUP Usage allowance. An active membership subscription is not required to unlock or utilize World Passes.
Continuous Calendar Validity of Passes (No Extensions for Routine Downtime): A World Pass provides access for thirty (30) consecutive calendar days running continuously from the exact minute of unlock. Because digital cloud infrastructure undergoes periodic maintenance and software upgrades, access passes operate strictly on a continuous calendar basis. Temporary website unavailability, scheduled maintenance, hosting or cloud provider latency, or telecommunication outages do not pause, freeze, extend, or alter the expiration date of any 30-Day World Pass or 3-Day Starter Pass, nor do they entitle the pass holder to pro-rata refunds, cash compensation, or damages. Re-unlocking is available at standard rates once a pass concludes its 30-day term.
Report Delivery & Retention: Credits are deducted only upon successful completion and delivery of an analysis or report. Once generated, users may download permanent personal PDF copies from their account history without incurring duplicate charges.
5. ORDER OF CREDIT CONSUMPTION & AUDIT LEDGER
When spending credits on eligible Premium AI Vision Tools or Credit Powered Reports, available bonus credits associated with an active membership are consumed first, preserving non-expiring purchased credit top-ups for subsequent usage. Every debit, credit addition, and transaction reversal is recorded in an immutable digital ledger with unique transaction identifiers, balance snapshots, and timestamps. Users may review their live balance and complete ledger history at any time on the Credits page.
6. RENEWAL, LAPSE AND EXPIRY
Upon membership expiry, unlimited access to Included Tools & Reports under FUP is suspended. However, separately purchased top-up credits NEVER expire and remain immediately spendable by the user on Premium AI Vision Tools, Credit Powered Reports, and 30-Day World Passes without requiring recurring membership reactivation. Any active 30-Day World Pass runs for its full 30-day term independent of membership status.
7. IDEMPOTENCY, REVERSALS AND REFUND LIMITATIONS
Submissions are idempotent; accidental repeated button clicks do not duplicate charges. If an AI vision model fails to complete or an output generation encounters a platform-side error, debited credits are automatically refunded to the user's ledger balance. Because credit packs, World Passes, and memberships provide instant digital performance upon purchase, voluntary change-of-mind refunds are strictly excluded, subject only to non-excludable consumer statutory rights under applicable Indian law. Kriyasya's cumulative aggregate liability for any credit or membership dispute shall in no event exceed the fees actually paid by the user for the specific transaction during the thirty (30) days preceding the dispute, or INR 500, whichever is less.
8. PRICE STABILITY & PROSPECTIVE MODIFICATIONS
The price displayed on a tool, pass, or credit pack at the moment of authorization is binding for that transaction. Any future adjustments in credit costs, pack tiers, or membership fees apply strictly prospectively and are never applied retroactively to previously executed orders or active subscription cycles.
9. BILLING & CANCELLATION
Recurring monthly memberships may be cancelled at any time through the account management portal prior to the next billing date. Cancellation terminates future renewals while preserving full membership entitlements through the end of the paid-through period. Starter and annual plans are non-recurring and terminate at the end of their designated term unless explicitly renewed.

Mandatory pre-litigation grievance redressal applies for a minimum of 30 days prior to initiating any formal proceedings, subject to the sole and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi, India.
