आँखें हरि के दर्शन की प्यासी हैं।
कमल जैसे नैनों को देखना चाहती हैं, इसलिए दिन-रात उदास रहती हैं।
जब उद्धव आए तो वे आँगन में ही लौट गए, मानो गले में फँसी हुई माला को उतार दिया हो।
केसर का तिलक और मोतियों की माला धारण करने वाले, वृंदावन के वासी (श्री कृष्ण) के लिए।
कोई किसी के मन की बात नहीं जानता, लोग तो बस मन में हँसी उड़ाते हैं।
