The highest tier of architectural consultation moves beyond generic direction rules by synthesizing the physical floor plan with the personal birth horoscope of the primary householder—a discipline known as Astro-Vastu. In classical Astro-Vastu synthesis, every planet in your Janam Kundli occupies a specific architectural throne on the 16-zone wheel based on its exact degree and KP Placidus house placement. Furthermore, planets cast Parashari and KP Drishti aspect sightlines directly across the central Brahmasthan onto opposing directional zones. If a debilitating malefic (such as transiting Rahu or Saturn) casts a strained sightline onto your North-East or North zone, financial or mental bottlenecks manifest until that specific directional portal is activated. The Kriyasya Astro-Vastu 360° Kundli Report (R7) maps your complete planetary chakra onto your property layout.
The Foundational Mechanics of Astro-Vastu Synthesis
- Planetary Directional Thrones: Sun rules East (vitality & honor), Moon rules NW (mind & mobility), Mars rules South (courage & property), Mercury rules North (commerce & intelligence), Jupiter rules NE (wisdom & progeny), Venus rules SE (luxury & passion), Saturn rules West (discipline & labor), Rahu rules SW (worldly ambition), Ketu rules NE/Center (spiritual liberation).
- Active Dasha Activation: The zone governed by your currently operating Mahadasha and Antardasha lord becomes the most sensitive portal in your house. Keeping this zone pristine during that period produces monumental life elevation.
- Degree-Hit Diagnostics: When a structural fixture (e.g., a stove or WC) sits at the exact angular degree (within ±3.33°) of a natal planet, it directly triggers that planet’s positive or adverse karmic fruits.
