Kriyasya provides family learning resources and cultural educational content designed to be accessed under the direction and supervision of an adult parent or lawful legal guardian. Core adult personal reflection, astrology, and AI vision tools remain strictly restricted to adult users.

1. AGE ELIGIBILITY AND SUPERVISED ACCESS

Kriyasya is primarily designed for adults aged 18 and older. Standard accounts, subscription memberships, and credit purchases may only be registered, authorized, and managed by adults who possess the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Indian law. Minors under the age of 18 are not permitted to register independent accounts or engage in financial transactions on the platform.

2. PARENT-MANAGED EDUCATIONAL CONTENT

Educational modules, foundational cultural learning, and moral storytelling offered through Kriyasya Academy are intended for family and child education strictly under the continuous supervision of an adult account holder. Parents or legal guardians retain full control and legal responsibility for any access by minors through the adult's account.

3. DATA PROTECTION AND PRIVACY FOR MINORS

In adherence to the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act), Kriyasya does not knowingly collect, profile, or process personal data directly from minors without verifiable parental or guardian authorization. We do not track children's browsing behavior, construct behavioral profiles of minors, or serve targeted behavioral advertisements to young audiences.

4. RESTRICTION ON ADULT AI VISION TOOLS

Children are strictly prohibited from utilizing adult-oriented biometric or interpretive AI vision tools (including Face Reading, Palmistry, and Graphology). Parents and guardians must not upload images of minors to adult AI vision tools or interpretive modules.

5. PARENTAL RIGHTS AND INQUIRIES

Parents or legal guardians who believe that personal information of a minor has been inadvertently submitted to our systems may contact our Privacy and Grievance Officer at [email protected] or [email protected]. Upon verified request, we will expeditiously inspect, correct, or permanently delete the corresponding records from our active systems.
