सोने से पहले प्रभु का नाम ले, शांत मन से सो जा।
दिन भर का बोझ उतार दे, प्रभु चरणों में खो जा॥
राम नाम ले के सो जा रे, सुबह राम नाम से जाग।
सोते जागते राम ही राम, ऐसी लगा ले आग॥
शयन मंत्र पढ़ ले रात को, कर स्तुति भगवान की।
अगले दिन का भार छोड़ दे, सोच में न जान की॥
प्रभु तेरे भरोसे सोता हूँ, तू जगाएगा सवेरे।
तेरी शरण में निश्चिंत हूँ, कोई भय नहीं मेरे॥
