रोग दोष सब दूर करे, घर में सुख बरसावे ||

अर्थ: हे जाहरवीर! आपकी जय हो, आपकी जय हो! जो कोई भी आपको दिन-रात ध्याता है, उसके सभी दुख और संकट दूर हो जाते हैं।
Hail, O Jaharveer! Hail, O Jaharveer! Those who meditate upon you day and night, all their sorrows and troubles are dispelled.
अर्थ: आपने ददरेवा में जन्म लिया और गोगा नाम से प्रसिद्ध हुए। गुरु गोरखनाथ के शिष्य बनकर आपने पूरे संसार में यश प्राप्त किया।
You were born in Dadreva and became known by the name Goga. As a disciple of Guru Gorakhnath, you gained fame throughout the world.
अर्थ: जब किसी बालक को सर्प डस लेता है और माता का मन घबरा जाता है, तब गुरु गोरखनाथ के मंत्र से बालक पुनः जीवित हो उठता है (यह आपकी कृपा का ही प्रभाव है)।
When a child is bitten by a snake and the mother's heart is filled with fear, by the mantra of Guru Gorakhnath, the child comes back to life (this is due to your grace).
अर्थ: आप नीली घोड़ी पर सवार रहते हैं, आपके हाथ में भाला शोभा देता है। आप अपने भक्तों के रक्षक हैं और मन को अत्यंत मोहित करते हैं।
You ride a blue mare, and a spear adorns your hand. You are the protector of your devotees and captivate the heart immensely.
अर्थ: जो कोई भी आपका ध्यान करता है, वह अपनी मनचाही इच्छा पूरी करता है। आप सभी रोगों और दोषों को दूर करते हैं और घर में सुख-शांति बरसाते हैं।
Whoever meditates upon you attains their desired fruits. You remove all diseases and faults and shower happiness upon the home.
अर्थ: जो कोई भी इस आरती को गाता है, वह मनवांछित फल प्राप्त करता है। 'सेवक' कहता है कि आपकी शरण में आने से यह भवसागर पार हो जाता है।
Whoever sings this Aarti attains their desired fruits. The 'servant' says that by taking refuge in you, one crosses the ocean of worldly existence.
